Jason Showard and Greg Arias of Concentrated Science have made significant contributions to C-Click Life Science's conversion-as-a-service line of business. C-Click was founded to commercialize a patented process to convert CBD to THC without harsh solvents, in tunable concentrations of THC, and at 10-15% of the cost of current solution chemistry state-of-the-art. Concentrated Science developed the SOP for production of delta-8 and delta-9 THC with the inventor of the patent, Harvard chemistry professor Alex Nivorozkhin, and configured a low-cost, high-capacity production unit to scale output to 100L of distillate per day. The production unit that Concentrated Science designed can be equipped for 20% of the capital investment required for a unit with comparable output. Concentrated Science demonstrated expertise in all relevant areas of cannabinoid conversion, extraction, distillation, and formulation, extensive knowledge of available equipment, processing inputs (catalysts, solvents, neutralizing agents, clarifiers, etc.), and an uncommon understanding of the tradeoffs between throughput, cost, and quality. C-Click will continue to work with Concentrated Science as strategic partner as we introduce our CaaS offering in medical and adult use states in the US, as well as suitable foreign jurisdictions.
